MH Lettings

At MHL, we work out of our head office in Gwaenysgor North Wales. The team led by Jamie Hughes and Phillip Molyneaux work with large and small landlords from Anglesey to Manchester and as far south as Oswestry.

Jamie Hughes has over 20 years' experience as a trusted gas safe engineer working across North Wales, Jamie further expanded his knowledge and services to include all aspects of building competence from small remedial repairs to full house renovations.

Phillip Molyneaux has an extensive background in property management, previously working for a well known high street Estate and Letting agency then later managing large rented residential/commercial properties for the NHS in Wales.

Drawing on our years of industry experience, we help landlords maximize their returns, protect their property and minimize the risks associated with letting.
